Amsterdam Outfit 2

I love dresses, I’m a girly girl so am always drawn to dresses when out shopping, anything from a simple floaty floral number to a cocktail dress. I think it’s because once you have the dress that’s it your outfit is pretty much done. There have been so many times I have picked up a skirt or top then later on thought oohh what will I pair this with & sometimes hit a blank wall. So when I came across this co-ord I thought it was the perfect combination that needed adding to my wardrobe & of course my suitcase for Amsterdam.

Wearing the top & trousers together can be quite striking especially when the print is quite bold but the colours are the perfect balance of darks & pastels. This also made it easier to accessories with,  you can pick any colour really & work that into your full look. I was so happy I took this outfit with me to Amsterdam it was perfect for riding my bike, jumping on the canal boats & still feeling stylish whilst we relaxed in the many coffee shops along the way. So when we came out of our 3rd maybe 4th coffee shop of the day we came across this jungle graffiti wall which stood out alongside the houses on the canal & of course was the perfect place to capture this outfit. It really it a standalone piece & have worn again since I have been home, as well as teaming the top with a green pleated skirt that works so well together, the co-ord is a win win all round! AA x
