When travelling I like having a mix of discovering new places myself, maybe a hidden coffee shop. To tracking down places that have come highly recommended or that I have read about on other Blogs, I love reading City Guides on other blogs & this is how I cam across the Parisian gem that was Merci.
I am currently surrounded by my open suitcase, a line of shoes & a pile of clothes as I pack my case for a long weekend in the beautiful city of Paris! It’s been too long since I have been there, we really have no plans for our time there & can’t wait to eat macaroons as we wonder & explore what the city has to offer.
You can follow me on my Instagram & Snapchat to see what I get up to.
Enjoy your weekend. AA x
A couple of weeks ago me & my boyfriend had a weekend away at The Ashton a beautiful Georgian house that has been renovated to an ultra stylish B&B. I couldn’t wait to visit this place the pictures I had seen already had me really looking forward to our stay & it didn’t disappoint.

Being from Liverpool the Grand National (horse racing event) is pretty big in the city. I remember from a really young age my Mum & Dad going with a group of their closest friends, all dressed up & making a lovely day of it. As I got older & became more aware of what the event was I noticed that even if I wasn’t going or it was the National Day itself then that’s reason enough to get together with friends & family to enjoy it. I first went when I was 17 & was so excited to finally be going to the Races, looking back I must have looked like a baby but I felt so grown up. Part of going to the Races is picking your outfit & trust me it is no easy job to do, ladies really pull out all the stops.
Accessorising any outfit can always be fun & at the moment there seems to be no better way then adding a few charms from your handbag. If you were like me & constantly scrolling through your Instagram feed during Fashion Week then you will have seen an abundance of charms swinging from the Fashion elite handbags & the more the better seemed to be the motto.
