What could be more quintessentially British than a hearty homemade Roast Dinner on a wet & cold Sunday afternoon. Making the most of a weekend at home we headed out to Dockleaf at the heart of the Baltic Market, were we stuck into a Roast Dinner with all the trimmings. AA x
Blossom trees, rhubarb & custard cocktails, sweeping staircase with a floral chandelier, Yorkshire puddings so big you can’t see the plate, sound like your cup of tea, well trust me it will be. Liverpool’s new restaurant ‘The Florist’ has just opened it’s doors an its blooming marvellous, you will definitely be heading there this weekend. AA x
Food glorious food, yep I pretty much love heading out for any kind of food but especially when it’s on a Saturday morning & you can head out for brunch. Starting off the weekend with a cup of coffee & eating some of my favourite breakfast dishes, it’s definitely my favourite brunch spot. AA x
Making the most of a day off together Simon & I decided to head out into my neighbourhood, quite literally as we headed out for lunch & cocktails to Neighbourhood restaurant.
Doing what we do best & having fun trying out new dishes, delicious food, with some cocktails on the side too. AA x
When it comes to shopping it’s true I love to shop but I don’t like to waste time, how much easier is it when you don’t have to walk around aimlessly trying to find what you need.
So when you have everything all under one roof well it’s pretty perfect if you ask me so when Selfridges asked me along to their Manchester city centre store to explore I was so excited to see what they have under one roof. AA x
Breakfast, the most important meal of the day they say & for me it’s one of my favourites, especially at the weekend.
Whether at home or if I’ve decided to head out for some brunch, I love sitting back with a pot of tea & enjoying some home comforts of a cooked breakfast so here’s one of my own favourite’s that’s always a hit!
