Catch Up

TONY Awards Opening Number…

I love the theatre & when I get the chance I try to see any West End Show that I can but my list is endless, now there constantly seems to be new shows debuting on the West End or Broadway. Seeing a theatre production is like nothing else you can’t help but be swept away & engrossed in the performance they are magical.

Last week British comedian/ TV personality James Cordon hosted the 70th Tony Awards, which recognises achievements in live Broadway Theatre. Every year the performance show you a glimpse of the amazing shows that are performed every day on stage but the opening number is always something extra special. This year new host James Cordon certainly delivered, his debut opening number was really something else, showing that he really is one of many talents & it made me want to book tickers to a show straight away.

Must See

Glastonbury…

It’s that time again Glastonbury is here kicking off the start of the festival season & Summer! It is one festival that I haven’t yet been too but it is definitely on the bucket list, it always seems so much more than a festival & I know next week when my Instagram feed is bombarded with people’s photographs I may be slightly green.

Every year there is the build up waiting to see who will be headlining on the iconic Pyramid stage. From what friend’s have told me who have been, it doesn’t really matter if your not the biggest fan of the act because you get so caught up in actually being there that is still amazing. This year I think the line up is amazing & with headliners, Muse, Adele & Coldplay it would be amazing to be there. But no worries if your not, you will be able to follow along live all weekend!

Just In

Brexit…

So after months of campaigning, politicians having their slanging matches back & forth, voting took place yesterday & this morning we have woken up to a Britain that is no longer a part of the EU.

This was a campaign that really no one ever knew the clear facts on, we got scraps of it but never answers to direct questions that were asked so a lot of the country didn’t actually know what they were voting for but regardless the decision has been made & honestly I can’t believe it has happened.

I don’t usually share too much of my option on topics like this but I felt so strongly that we had to remain the impact it is going to have on us as we now stand alone honestly scares me. Who honestly knows what is now going to happen because I don’t anyone actually does so we will have to see.

I Want

If you follow me on Twitter, you may have seen my tweets about finally booking a holiday to Greece for September. It is somewhere I have been wanting to visit a while & will be visiting 2 island whilst I’m there. So now the holiday is booked the shopping can officially start! When it comes to my Summer wardrobe it is much smaller than my Autumn/Winter simply because of the weather however I do like to purchase a few key pieces that are simple & can be worn again on various holiday.

Since last Summer I have been wanting a woven beach bag of some type. They are pretty much everywhere so there not hard to get hold of but none have caught my eye until I seen this perfect one on  Revolve. It is exactly what I have been looking for! It is more than a beach bag this could easily be used as a weekend handbag over the Summer. With it’s structured body, colourful array of pom pons & tassels it the perfect mix but what I also love is the patterned inside bag that helps you keep all your valuables safe with its pull string tie. Ideal for Summer days & taking to the beach I think this will definitely be accompanying me to the Greek Islands. AA x
